I had a great experience at this place. They were all friendly and helpful people and cared about customer satisfaction. Brad the sales agent was very honest and treated me with respect and John and Al at the service shop addressed all the concerns I had and made me very satisfied with the used vehicle I bought from them. Highly recommended!!!

Devon was a pleasure to deal with. Easy communication and VERY fair trade in values. Mike was great and made the paperwork a breeze. Very good team. Will be recommended to many people. Didn't mind a 4 hour round trip for this! Cheers

Ashley and Stephanie were great. They made the process very easy and stress free. My wife loves her new vehicle. Obviously if you want a Ford, check them out. But the used vehicle lot has a lot of variety. In our case, we only wanted a Jeep and were able to score a very nice Jeep Trailhawk here. So definitely give them a look when you're in the market for a vehicle.

Got a brand new 2020 Escape Hybrid and can't say enough good things about it! So quiet and smooth to drive. Just love it! Many thanks to Chad at Northway. He is the best car salesman around. Efficient, honest, and the nicest guy. I wouldn't deal with anyone else. Thanks for everything Chad!
