What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect Ford or Lincoln vehicle based on their needs and budget.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Stay up to date on the latest Ford and Lincoln models, features, and financing options.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from test drives to final paperwork.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and finance team to meet and exceed sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience preferred (automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required).
• Previous experience at a Ford dealership is considered an asset.
• A customer-first mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A self-motivated, goal-driven attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
