        As soon as I walked ino the dealership I was met by Chris Lye. Within moments I knew that He would be the one I'd buy a new vehicle from! Chris is friendly, disarming, knowledgable, and honest. He was personable but maintained a level of professionalism.         I had excellent service throughout my whole experience. Chris Birley was very knowledgeable, helpful and cared enough to listen to what I really wanted in a new vehicle. I received everything on my checklist and was driving off the lot within 24 hours, with my new vehicle with zero problems or headaches. Paul Tavernese and Lori Wilson were also wonderful to work with and helped everything go so seamless. Best experience I have ever had with a dealership.

        Best truck buying experience I have ever had! The customer service was top notch with friendly and honest staff. Rob went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of.         This is the second time my husband and I dealt with Rob Farrington (sales manager) and Elise Bradford
        (Business Manager), at Northway , Rob and Elise are friendly, very knowledgable and helpful. We will be back for sure.

        Thank you to Paul and Andrew for helping me with my new car purchase.

        Paul by far exceeded my expectations when it came down to price. Buying a new car is never easy and Paul delivered everything I asked for and more.

        Andrew was incredible when it came down to the vehicle overview. He took all the time I needed to learn the new features and made sure I was confident with the basics before I left.

        Elise was great with the paperwork.

        WOW! Jeremy Bons is the best Assistant Manager I've come in contact with at my time in various Dealerships, he was able to explain to me why my car broke and the proper process for it to be covered under Warranty!!
        He actually cares about his customers and their vehicles.
        I recommend dealing with Jeremy anytime you need service done to your cars!
